This wonderful beach front condo is part of the Bermuda Palms condos that are just north of the bridge and less than a mile from the heart of San Pedro Town. This condo is conveniently close to restaurants, bars and shopping, yet far enough from town to be quiet and peaceful.

This second floor unit boasts soaring ceilings of exotic hardwoods. It is stylishly finished and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The front veranda overlooking the sea is an ideal spot to have your morning coffee. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Caribbean sea from the living room, kitchen and front veranda.

This condo has the perfect layout for friends or family to share.The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed with a bathroom just across the hall.

The kitchen has full size appliances which makes it easy to have snacks and drinks on hand or make a full meal. There a long counter top with bar stools and a spacious living room with plenty of room for gathering. Just down the stairs is a fresh water pool with a swim up bar.

This unit is furnished with a wide variety of games, puzzles and guidebooks, and is the perfect location for a family vacation in the tropics.

Rates

Low Season: $200/night
High Season: $225/night
Peak Season: $325/night

Rates and Policies

• Rates are in US dollars and do not include a 9% hotel tax.
• 4 night minimum stay on all bookings. 7 night minimum during Peak Season.

Deposit Policy: We require a 50% payment of total rental to secure a reservation. The balance will be due 30 days before arrival. Payment in full is due at time of booking if within 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept Visa and MasterCard only.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival entitled to 80% refund. Cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior entitled to 50% refund. No refunds on cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or acts of nature, including hurricanes. Travel insurance is recommended.
